1. Overview & Financing

The Feed Mill project is financed entirely by private funds, with no government participation or guarantees. The facility receives, stores, and processes raw materials into compound feeds, feed mixtures, and protein-vitamin additives. Planned capacity: 30 tons/hour. Storage capacity: 100,000 tons of grain. Responsibility level under local regulations: Category II (normal).

The project maximizes the use of local labor for design, research, materials supply, steel and concrete fabrication, and commissioning. Key process equipment is supplied by a specialist company based in Yekaterinburg, Russia, which also provides pre-commissioning and commissioning services for the main and auxiliary facilities.

2. Importance of Grain Storage

Proper grain storage is vital for preserving quality over time. Large masses of grain require specific conditions to maintain their physiological and physicochemical properties.

Elevators and silo systems preserve both the quantity and quality of grain throughout handling and processing — a crucial step before feed production.
